How we collect, use and look after your information.
What we collect
When you request a quote, a repair or a call back we collect your name, phone number, suburb, and anything you choose to tell us about your door, including photos. When we book a visit we collect your street address.
How we use it
To arrange and carry out your measure, installation, repair or service; to register your Garador warranty if you ask us to; to remind you when a service is due; and to keep a record of the work we have done at your property.
Who we share it with
Garador (B&D Doors NZ Ltd) for warranty registration and door orders; the systems we use to run the business (Cloudflare, which runs this website and keeps a copy of each enquiry for up to 30 days; Make.com, which passes enquiries to our customer system; Monday.com and ServiceM8); and no one else, unless the law requires it.
Spam protection
Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person, not an automated program, is sending them. To do this, Turnstile looks at technical information about your browser and device. Cloudflare’s use of that information is covered by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
